Tune in: HBO premieres the documentary David Bowie: The Last Five Years on Monday at 8 p.m. ET. The documentary follows the last years of the artist’s life and focuses on three major projects: the albums The Next Day and Blackstar and the musical Lazarus.
View: It, starring Bill Skarsgård as the infamous clown Pennywise, is out on Tuesday. USA TODAY’s Brian Truitt gave the film *** out of four stars, writing “the movie emphasizes the story’s nuanced coming-of-age sentiment rather than being all horror, all the time, capturing the low-key brilliance of [Stephen] King’s writing.”
Watch: Amazon’s new anthology series Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams, based on the science fiction author’s work, premieres on Friday. According to Amazon, the 10-episode series will “explore fantasy, humanity, and a future we’ve only begun to imagine.”
Listen: Camila Cabello eponymous debut album, Camila, will release on Friday. The former member of the pop group Fifth Harmony released the album’s first single Crying in the Club last May followed up by the promotional single, Havana, in August.
Go to: Paddington 2, starring Ben Whishaw, Hugh Grant and Hugh Bonneville, opens nationwide Friday. The film follows Paddington, who is now settled in with the Brown family, as he sets about finding the perfect present for his Aunt Lucy’s 100th birthday.
